Being in Love is Amazing

October 21st, 2016

I was wondering one day who will marry Elsy El-Chayeb. It is a common enough thing to wonder about. Maybe not her specifically, but to wonder when people you know and people you only know because they are famous will partner up with someone. I was curious because I had just gotten engaged myself, and it made me think of some of the people I have seen online. I have seen her on social media, and I have been impressed with what a carefree spirit she seems to be, so naturally I hope that she gets her happily ever just like I am getting mine.

The reason I even know who she is is because of the online marketer I have used in the past. Continue Reading »

Finally Making My Business Grow

October 21st, 2016

I have run my own business for years now and I thought I did just fine the way I was doing things as far as marketing. I was making a reasonable amount of money and I was living a frugal but comfortable existence. Then one day I met a man who was in the same business as me, for a shorter amount of time. He was making almost triple what I was and I couldn’t figure out how he was doing so well. I ended up just asking him and he told me about online marketing in Charlotte that had worked wonders for him.

I was unsure what to expect from the agency he recommended so I called up and asked to set up a meeting and find a plan of action for my company. Continue Reading »

A Pay Stub Maker Showing Deductions

October 18th, 2016

My neighbor started mowing my lawn last year for 40 dollars a week. That is a great price considering how big my yard is, and I really appreciated the break he was giving me. At the beginning of this season, he told me he would not be able to cut it though because his mower had finally broken down over the winter. I knew that he depended on the money from me and others on the block, so I made a deal with him. First, I went online to look for a paystub maker because I wanted to be sure that I would have the tools I needed to do this.

I then told him that I would buy him the new mower that he needed. It would cost about 300 dollars, but he was just not able to do that upfront on his own. I explained that I would still pay him to do my lawn, but I would also deduct 30 dollars per week for 10 weeks to pay for the mower. Continue Reading »

You Can Get an IPhone Official Unlock on Your Phone

October 13th, 2016

My aunt gave me her old iPhone when she got a new one. She buys new stuff all the time. Her phone was not even a year old. She is very fashion oriented, and she found out they had an iPhone in a color she liked better. I was really happy when she gave me the old one. She said it was clear to be activated according to her carrier. However, I had to get an iPhone official unlock on it to get it to work on our carrier. We use a different cell phone company than she does. The technology is the same, just a different carrier. Her carrier used to use a lot of CDMA devices, but the iPhone is a GSM phone, so it should work fine on our carrier by only plugging in my SIM card.

I found out that Apple is behind the locking of the phone. They make it so you cannot do anything to use an iPhone on a different carrier for a couple of years. Continue Reading »

Getting Eyebrow Embroidery Done Reminds Me a Little of Permanent Makeup

September 26th, 2016

There are people who get permanent makeup done. Not me! What is fashionable changes too much. I could not imagine having makeup tattooed on me. No one wants to wear the same eyeshadow year round! I did, however, give eyebrow embroidery a try. It can last up to two years or a little longer. However, there are not any major fashion shifts in eyebrows in a two year span. This makes it fashionably safe to get eyebrow embroidery done. I am amazed at how it can make your eyebrows look more full and shapely.

I know you can just draw them on with an eyebrow pencil. However, that technique is very obvious. It is something my grandmother does, and it is not for me. Continue Reading »

Spreadsheet for RCC Slab Design

September 8th, 2016

I recently graduated from college with a degree in civil engineering, and much to my surprise I found a job working at a civil engineering firm in town within a couple of weeks of graduating. I didn’t think I would get the job, but I just applied to it so I could tell my parents I was already looking for a job. They have me working on some projects while I am still unfamiliar with a lot of the software they use. Currently I am trying to find an rcc slab design excel spreadsheet that is set up to make some calculations that I am going to need for a project that I have started working on.

I am not really that familiar with this type of calculation, even though I am pretty sure I could figure it out. But figuring out the math involved in a certain calculation is not really that important to my job, if I can figure a way to accurately get the numbers from some other source. After all, I am an engineer and not a mathematician or a physicist. But anyway, I am not sure where to look for this spreadsheet that I need. I was hoping it would be contained in the resource library that we have on our work computers, but I couldn’t seem to find it.

Of course, I am still getting used to the process of navigating that resource library and there are some things that are organized in a way that does not make a lot of sense to me yet. So I guess it is possible that it is actually in there and I Just did not see it. I’m not going to keep looking though and instead I am going to search online to see if I can find it.

How to Grow a Portfolio of Success in Music Production

September 5th, 2016

There are musicians, and there are those who produce the music. You can have all kinds of people in a room that play music, but they are only a band or orchestra when they are playing together. Musicians who record their music need music producers to get the sound right on the records. You do not learn this stuff by accident. You go to a good music production school to learn it. This is where you learn everything from engineering sound to the business side of producing.

So many young adults want to be movie stars, sports stars or musicians. They imagine a grand life being rich and not having to do much to earn it. That is not how it works even for the stars. They work hard. Continue Reading »

Moving Companies Based in Singapore

September 4th, 2016

I am going to be moving pretty soon, and we actually were able to buy a house. This is the biggest accomplishment of my life, and it is even bigger than graduating from college. It is just so hard to be able to save up enough money to afford a house in a country like Singapore, that has so little available land for development. But it is a goal I have always had and so I need to hire home movers in Singapore to help us with the process of moving to our new house, because we are going to want to start living in the new place as soon as possible, and I know it is going to take weeks for us to move all of our stuff, if we were to do it all by ourselves.

My wife and I just do not have a lot of free time, because we are constantly so busy with our jobs, that it leaves precious little time for other things. Continue Reading »

Migrate to New Zealand for World Class Healthcare and Educational Programs

September 3rd, 2016

There are a few reasons why someone might want to migrate to New Zealand. Since the weather is often an overly considered aspect of an area, the following two solid reasons that are focused on things that affect you and your family’s everyday life beyond just the weather.

  • Healthcare System

New Zealand is one of the nations at the forefront of universal healthcare. They system put in place by the New Zealand government is especially considerate of individuals who have a preexisting situation. Once you become a permanent resident of the country, or gain a work visa with at least 2 years of validity, you benefit from one of the best government-subsidized public healthcare formats in the world.

In New Zealand all healthcare is low cost, with a large portion of health related expenses being free to qualified residents. Accidents and emergencies are always free by dialing a specific number when an emergency health situation occurs. While some residents still choose to carry insurance subsidies, most people elect to use the outstanding public healthcare benefits of New Zealand.

  • Educational System

If you are a family thinking about migrating to New Zealand then the educational system will be of vital importance. Statistical research has proven New Zealand to have one of the highest rated education systems in the world. Continue Reading »

This Works Well for Women Everywhere

March 1st, 2016

I never liked the fact that, as females, we are expected to look perfect and inviting at all times. But the world is like that, whether I like it or not. I play a lot of sports, so I get dirty and smelly easily. And sometimes, the tight clothing that I wear for certain sports makes me feel that my feminine hygiene needs are not up to snuff. When I found Crystal X when searing for a solution, I knew I needed to try it right away.

I take a lot of showers because I am so into sports. I am very athletic, so I even play on some teams with both men and women. The guys get pretty smelly, but it’s not considered a good idea for the women. I wear deodorant, used deodorant soaps and more to try to stay as clean as possible. But even then, I always feel that I was not doing so hot with feminine hygiene. This was embarrassing to me, even though no one else knew it or was affected by it. It bothered me often.

So, buying Crystal X was perfect for me because it is the one thing that has made me feel fresh and clean on an ongoing basis. I had never had a problem growing up, but getting older made me feel like I was not as clean as I could be. This changed my world. Using it was simple, and the cost is inexpensive. I feel like it should be sold in stores everywhere and that women everywhere need to know about it. I know that other woman feel the same way I do about these things. Since then, I tell every female I know about it, and many have purchased it and said that they love it.

A Group Effort for Better Results

January 14th, 2016

When my husband’s cousin asked us to help him with his apartment complex, I wasn’t sure what he wanted us to do at first. He explained that he had too many apartments sitting empty, and he thought that my husband could help create a better website that would net him more renters. My husband is great at creating websites, but we knew that he would need a lot more than just a nice site. I went online and did a search, and that is how I found apartment marketing by Multifamily Traffic.

This is a company that handles online marketing for people like my husband’s cousin. It did not take my husband long at all to create a better website for his cousin. Continue Reading »

House Cleaning Services is a Gift to My Mom

December 1st, 2015

My mom was now living alone after dad passed. She was keeping herself busy, but her work ethic and home managing traits kept her working too long cleaning the house nowadays. She was a bit slower, and she got tired after she was done doing her household chores. My wife and I hired some professionals that do house cleaning in Tampa to clean the house for her. This freed up her time while she still had plenty of energy to go out shopping and dining with her friends.

Before she would work around the house about four or five days per week trying to keep things up. The younger staff that worked for the cleaning company could do the tasks well in less than half the time it was now taking mom. They are really good. I mean they satisfy my mom’s pickiness about cleaning the house, and that is really saying something. Continue Reading »

I Design Roof Shingles Yet Called for Roof Repair in Bronx NY Just Like Everyone else

August 30th, 2015

Roof shingles are not something that last forever. They are a basically a fibered material impregnated with asphalt with gravel sprinkled on top. The fiber may be fiberglass or even made from fibers of plants. The asphalt soaking that gets into all of the fibers provides the waterproofing. The gravel on top is protective and gives them color. I know all this because I am a chemist who works for a shingle manufacturer, but I have never put a roof on a house. I don’t like heights! When our roof leaked, I called for roof repair in Bronx NY just like everyone else.

It was funny how when the roof repair team came out that I could tell them everything about the design of the shingles they were using. I knew the chemical makeup of the asphalt material in the shingles. Continue Reading »

I Wanted to Scan My Pictures

August 30th, 2015

I have loved taking pictures ever since I was old enough to click a button on my mom’s old camera. Now that everything is digital, I am able to take even more pictures. Before, I had to have them developed, and it could get quite expensive with how often I was snapping shots. I had about 20 medium sized boxes filled with decades of photos, and I decided to look at some scanner software programs to find the one that would be best for me. I wanted to get all of my pictures on my computer before anything happened to them, and also before any of them got even more damaged than what some were already. Continue Reading »

Thankful to Have Seen the World

August 30th, 2015

With my childhood summers spent in Singapore, I came to recognize that the world is much larger than most children my age might come to believe. My parents were military parents but with a certain freedom of movement that I have never quite understood. Most military families that I know make their homes on base while my parents instead moved around near constantly. We spent every summer back in Asia and I had my first kids birthday party in Singapore. We didn’t spend a lot of time in the United States but it’s where they both considered ‘home’ to be.

We were everywhere. Germany. Japan. Continue Reading »

Pricing on a Home Security System

August 30th, 2015

Ann and I have started to look at how much it would cost to get one of those ADT home security systems. Obviously you can do all sorts of things when it comes to designing and building a home security system, but we are wondering how much it would cost to get started on one and how much it is going to cost you to keep it on a monthly basis. The system is going to cost you some money up front. You have to pay for the stuff that goes in it and you have to decide what you are going to do. A lot of the systems that you can get are more like home automation systems than just pure alarm systems. Continue Reading »

Big Business Pawns and the People’s Will

August 30th, 2015

I love being able to find exactly what I’m looking for thanks to the Internet. It has been a wonderful experience growing up beside the Internet and watching how much information has gradually been collected year after year. I can’t imagine a day going by that I don’t use the Internet to look up at least one thing – whether it’s for all my car rental needs or finding out who That One Guy is that played in That One Movie. You know the one! The Internet is our instant access library of Everything. It’s our human repository.

It upsets me when ISPs want to take advantage of the Internet and our dependency upon it by trying to change how we interact with it. They want to partition it up in chunks that we’ll have to pay for. Imagine having to pay for specialized access to get to your E-mail or streaming services separately like a cable bill. This is what they’re trying to do and this is the freedom that they are trying to take away from American consumers. Continue Reading »

Getting Back into Driving Was Easier Than I Thought

August 30th, 2015

As someone who had a fear of driving for many years, I simply did not drive, even though I knew how to. I live close enough to my place of employment and many other places I need to go, so I have often used public transportation or rode with my husband. But we had a baby six months ago, and another vehicle is a must. My husband told me to take a look at www, to check pricing and other details so that would move forward with buying something for me.

I explained to my husband that I needed to spend some time driving his car to make sure getting on the road again is something I could handle, especially when I would have a baby in the car with me. So, we got up early in the morning last week when we knew there would be few cars on the road. I was very nervous, but he reminded me that this was important and that I needed to try.

On our test drive, we drove through our very quiet neighborhood, and then he instructed me to drive into the heart of the city where traffic would be much more busy. For the first time in many years, I felt no fear at all. My husband was in the passenger seat and he kept me calm. It was then that I realized that I should have tried this years ago because I no longer felt fear.

With that out of the way, I informed him of the information I had found on the website he had given me. I found a van there that I was very interested in, and it would be perfect for transporting our baby safely. In addition, because it was a van, there would be plenty of room in it for a second child if we decide to go that route in a couple of years.

We drove to the sales lot and took one of the vans for a drive. It really was a beautiful vehicle and driving it was very comfortable. My husband spent some time negotiating with the salesman, and we drove away with a bran new van!

Making the Right Business Choices

August 30th, 2015

When I decided to go into business on my own, I knew that I was going to be successful because I had such a great idea. I ran it past a few people who are already successful in their own rights, and they agreed that I had stumbled onto something great. A few of them agreed to back me not only with finances but with some business advice too, which proved to be invaluable. One of the best pieces of advice I got was to look into Windows VPS. This would save me a good bit of money and time, since I would not have to buy the hardware or perform the updates on existing hardware and software myself.

Each of them used a different hosting provider, so I had several different companies to look at. I was really impressed with the first one I looked at, and they are the ones that I ended up using. I liked that they do limit the activities that can be done. Continue Reading »
